Right when we moved to Ramsey about a year ago, Tony discovered this beautiful tree farm just down the road from our apartment. He knew I would fall in love with it immediately, and I did. There is something about those rows of tall pine trees that make my heart swell with happiness. It was an unusually warm weekend for Minnesota in December (and I am NOT complaining)! We decided to go with a little tree that would fit nicely in our cozy & quaint apartment. We handmade ornaments with twine, yarn, and sticks, watched Elf, and listened to Christmas music all weekend. Being married to your best friend is such a treat! Cheers to new traditions and a wonderful end to the best year yet. (…And I hope you find some humor in the shots of me trying to pick up the tree that I chopped down!)
